During your tour of Bayview Tower, chat with one of our preferred lenders about financing.

After you take the tour, you may want to know how large a bid you can afford to make at the auction. One of our on-site preferred lenders can review your financial situation with you. He or she can give you a good idea of the maximum bid amount that is right for you. To purchase a home, you may need to come up with as little as $3,000 in cash.

To allow a preferred lender to be most helpful to you, be prepared to tell her or him your current income and monthly liabilities. If you've obtained your own credit score or credit report in the past two months, bring those with you.

If you're unfamiliar with loan documents, disclosure documents or other purchase paperwork, our representatives and preferred lenders will take as much time as you would like to make it easy for you to understand every step involved in becoming an owner.

If you would like, you can prequalify for a mortgage during your conversation with one of our preferred lenders.
